The thing with making email faster and smarter is filtering. And the problem with that is that it has to be managed by the user. Spam is one thing, but telling the difference between the wife's silly cat emails and serious business emails is another. Email is email. We just need to keep up with it or it will bury us all. In reply to: "OK, just admit that Outlook's lame--and fix it, already"
