I used to be ex-Disney employee on Project Tomorrowland few years before Scott joining the Company with his role in charge of outsourcing initiative. The SAP project went live, but the project team member was asked to turn their employee badge to IBM's. As a result, there was a mass exodus of employee to other companies. The lost of knowledgeable in supporting the enterprise SAP system had created many lingering production issue. The downtime for various component, middletier and SAP took longer time to resolve. Many of the outdated version of SAP component cannot be upgraded easily since the lost of people who first developed the system. Team morale was low, and even our project lead left. The bottom line is Scott created a havoc in Disney Corporate Systems, and now he is with Microsoft. Good luck Microsoft! In reply to: "Interview: Microsoft CIO Tony Scott"
