Novalogic
It had to be multiple games. The record for a single game, first person shooter, is still held by Novalogic. They host 150 player games. However in the beta they hit 227. They were shooting for 250.
I'm not counting WWIIOnline, as they had a 64 veiwable person limit in the servers.December 2, 2004
