Polyester and graphite? Will these work? Graphite is conductive. I've seen "cloth" made from aluminum foil with duct tape on each side. This can be sewn into clothing. If more than 1 piece of "cloth" is used, one can use thin wire for some of the thread in the seams. Police and government have grown too powerful, and any method the citizens can use to protect themselves is fair.

Actually, It's Copyright Infringement
Theft can be compared to someone taking a vine from a nursery without paying for it.
Copyright infringement can be compared to someone buying a vine, rooting a cutting, and passing it on to a friend. Copyright infringement is not theft, it is simply a violation of a right holder's monopoly on distribution.
The huge verdict is a violation of the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution which states.
"Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."
Unfortunately, copyright "law" permits excessive fines or punishment in violation of this provision. Assuming each of the titles at issue in this case are on separate CD's and the price of each CD is $20.00, the damages awarded should have been less than $1000 + lawyers' fees. The price of buying these CD's would have been around $480.
Another issue should have been deliberated is whether these titles deserved copyright and if so for how long. The U.S. Constitution provided for copyright so that sciences and USEFUL arts would be promoted. Are the titles at issue USEFUL, or are they more trash promoting behavior detrimental to society?
Jurors should also be aware of the powers they have when deciding issues. The Fully Informed Jurors Association has a website that educates jurors about their powers. It can be found at http://www.fija.org . In reply to: "Four reasons why the RIAA won a jury verdict of $220,000"

Kernel Configuration
Any computer manufacturer who wishes to support Linux should include a page that shows each Kernel configuration options for the default installed kernel. This will tremendously help those who wish to use a different Linux distribution. In reply to: "Dell surveys customers on Linux choices"

Better yet.....
Vote for someone from the Constitution Party. I'm sure they will not be promoting this crap. Even though they are against sodomy, etc, things would be much better under that party's control. This is because police would need real probable cause in order to search someone's house. When the government realizes that a person's house is their castle, then people will be free do do what they want in their bedrooms.
If you are called for jury duty or know someone else who is, please visit http://www.fija.org The Fully Informed Jurors Association teaches people about their powers as jurors. Of enough people visit this site and took its advice, then no-one would be convicted under this asinine measure.

They are back online
Yes, they were knocked offline for a couple of
days. When standing up to a bully once, I was
puched and knocked down. The next day the bully
came at me again. This time, I stuck him with a
pencil. Did I get beat up? Yes I did. However,
the bully got hurt as well. When the bully came
at me on another occasion, I threw sand in his
eyes and was able to blacken his other eye. Had
I just put my arms in front of my face (this is
what filtering spam is all about), the bully
would have no reason to stop hitting me.
However, when I fought back, the bully left me
alone. What is happening now is that thousands
of people who have been bullied (spammed) are
fighting back. Yes, there will be some black
eyes, but there will be many spammers who will
think twice if they know that they stand a very
fine chance of getting hurt in the process.
If Blue security goes down again, here is another
antispammer tool:
http://www.plaza1.net/SpammerSlapper/
If only 10% of all internet users punched back
against spammers, then the less than one percent
of prolific spammers will be defeated. Once they
are put out of business, then most e-mail will
once again be legitimate. I know that I would
have to have to fight 10 angry people at once.

Idiots Buy That's Why
There is a sucker borne every day. Spam is sent
via on of millions of malware-infected computers,
and it costs the spammer nothing more than an
Ineternet connection to send spam. The spammer
instructs malware infected computers to send sapm
so that any complaints received wil be against
the owner of the malware infected computer. This
owner gets to deal with the ISP while the real
spammer gets away scott free. The only costs
that a spammer incurs is the cost of an internet
connection, the cost of writing malware or
renting an army of malware infected computers,
and the cost of the website advertised by spam.
The website advertised in spam is what is used to
receive any orders submitted by the .01% of
users. Besides the initial setup costs, it cost
nothing to send out a spam to a million people.
Even if .01% of people are stupid enough to
actually order the product advertised, that is
100 orders. A hundred sales is quite a low
estimate for spam run, but even a hundred sales
is very profitable for the spammer.
In order to stop spam, one has to stop the profit
motive for spam. One way to do this is to stop
orders from coming in, and the other way is to
increase the costs of receiving the incoming
orders. Filters, blacklists as well as antivirus
software have been used to prevent spam from
reaching users. This method has not been
successful because enough spam still reaches the
idiots who order the crap advertised. When
filters work well, the result is more spam is
sent out. What Blue Security is doing is
increasing the costs of receiving orders. A
website operator has to pay in order to have a
website hosted. A part of the hosting package
usually includes a certain amount of traffic each
month. When that amount of included traffic is
exceeded, the webhosting company must pass the
costs to the person who operates the website.
When a spammer's website starts receiving
complaints from Blue Frog users, most of the
traffic the website receives is complaint data.
By flooding a spamvertised website with
complaints, the costs of traffic can easily
exceed the money sent in by the idiots who are
ordering merchandise. When expenses exceed
revenue, a spam business is no longer profitable,
and the spammer has no reason to continue to
spam.

The Fight Is On!
I am glad to see that the spammers are now the
ones who are hurting. In a desparate attempt to
discourage users from fighting back, they have
resorted to their old tricks.
If spammers do succeed in shutting down Blue
Security permanently, then I will write my own
spam complaint tool. This tool will use a
cryptographically signed instruction file that
will be spread via peer to peer protocols. When
distributed via peer to peer, spammers will have
no centralized target to attack. Since there
are no centralized email servers used in
spamming, this is the reason it is no longer
effective to shutdown spam spewing machines.
However the places where spammers collect their
money (websites) are still centralized. These
are attacked by Blue Frog programs.
Spammers are in business to make money. People
who are fed up with spam enough to sign up for
Blue Security are not the ones who buy from
spammers. The lists of Blue Frog email
addresses is valuable to spammers in the fact
that the list will identify those who are likely
to cause problems rather than profit.
A bully that is allowed to punch someone with
near impunity has no real reason to stop.
However, if the bully's victim tries to punch
back and recruits other victims to puch back at
the same time, the bully is going to get his
nose bloodied. Having an angry mob of bullied
victims kicking the living sh** out of the bully
is not what he wants. He wants a victim who
will do nothing more than cover his face and
body when being beat up.
I too have put together a spammer fighting tool.
This one should be used by web page authors to
punish spammers who spam the author's email
address.
