RIGHT ON!!!
You really nailed the problem. Even then, you didn't hit the worst of it. ZA crashes ALOT of users XP operating systems including mine and I am a long time ZA user. ZA DOES clearly understand the problem although since they charge anyone and everyone $3/minute for tech support, I guess they don't care. They took a super product and turned into absolute garbage.
