• Useless President of BOA
  I've been trying to remove an improper recording to the credit bureau off my report for 6 months. The only person that was helpful was Troy Coble. Everybody is useless including the President of the bank. Good Luck.....Let me know if you have any luck...

• 18 Months BOA still has the wrong address
  BOA has not been able to send my statement to the correct address for 18 months. Needless to say I started paying my bill online since no matter what I did the never received a statement. I sent a letter to the President, Dispute Department, talked to supervisors. I went for a business checking account to find out that the BOA reported a 90 late occurance. Investigation showed that it was over less then $10.00. They increased the % fee monthly, charged me for copies of my statement and kept me on hold for over an hour. I finally wrote to the Better Business Bureau today. My attny. suggested this route to have a paper trail. This started in July 2006. BOA promised to have my credit report updated/corrected by Oct.23, 2006 Still has not happened....Just thought I would share yet another story....
