  • Dell doing it to self
    When offered a choice between two makers, with Acer being the less expensive,customers will look at support. Dell service center response has hit the bottom of the bucket. They did it to themselves for profit. Since Acer is less expensive for same or better quality you can guess who the buyer will go with even with no customer support.   • Not phone price but service
    I have a smart phone that is not used anywhere near capability because of the service cost. Individuals can afford decent handsets, just not all the additional cost of the individual services offered by the carriers. Maybe they could use some pointers on lowering cost.

  • Moscane Center is big enough
    The center is quite large and can accomodate several thousand people. They need food areas because of the terrible hotdog sales inside.   • Typical Bank Breast-beating
    From personal experience I can attest that Bank of America is one of the worse groups to deal with in cause of ID theft. I could not believe how poorly they handled everything even after being notified by account holder and law enforcement. I was amazed they continued to allow funds to be withdrawn fraudulantly and took their sweet time in replacing the money even after verifying it was fraudulent taken.
    They totally stink in customer service and resolving problems they create. I am still out $190.00 that they paid out in error.

  • Great Advertising ONLY
    Had problems with McAfee causing network system crashes. Tech support or Sales would not return e-mails or phone calls for a corporate licensed customer.
    Went to TrendMicro with lower price and much better support.
    Did get a renewal bill from McAfee. Needless to say where I filed it.

  • Tried Them With Great Anguish
    Had McAfee and paid premium dollars for corporate account. When had problem they would not return my e-mails, phone calls from support. Even Sales Dept. would not return my calls.
    Went to GREAT and Cheaper support from TrendMicro.
    McAfee did send me a high price bill for renewal when the license term expired. Was happy to throw it in the round file.
