• I ordered blue one from Verizon online store. I got the phone, ringer didn't work. Verizon tried to fix it on the phone,nada. and i took it to store soft reset, hard reset..., nothing...The phone is a joke! I returned it back today, happiest day of my life! I have Motorola Q. It is wayy better to Navigate. the mouse function of the SAGA so confusing. Antenna capacity is to weak. I HIGHLY not recommended:-( In reply to: "Samsung Saga, Renown debut for Verizon Wireless"
