  Just as MIT plans to make all of it's courses available for free on the internet.

• Bigger news than it looks
  The reason consoles exist is to provide a standardised games platform.
  If they are going to certify Windows (PC) hardware, why would they want to continue struggling for console market share with another Xbox?
  At the very least there'll be internal fighting at Microsoft over this plan!
