  • Netflix: FRAUD or BREACH OF CONTRACT
Netflix not honoring the promise "as many DVDs as you want" is FRAUD plain and simple. With 3-discs out at once, and returning movies the same day they're received one SHOULD be able to rent in excess of 25 movies/month. Whatever BULL FECES reason they offer up for not fulfilling this promise constitues at the very least BREACH OF CONTRACT. Do you smell another class action lawsuit?? I do.

No, but I scoogle. All the great results without any of the creepiness. Google gives me a creepy feeling. Archive everything forever? including text and voice conversations (soon)? AND everything I ever search for? Plus trapping what other people email a gmail account?..... yeah that gives me such a pleasant feeling. Is it any wonder most of my peers block inbound gmail at the MTA? And trash outbount mail to gmail before it makes it past the gate? I think not. In reply to: "Yahoo to offer incentives for using search engine?"
