Indeed - DUMB conservative
Wow "do whatever they want as long as it keeps terrorist away". PEOPLE LIKE YOU SCARE THE S**T OUT OF ME! They are taking away rights all the time and you are okay with it because they give you the false sense of security.
For the love of god, we are NO safer now than we were before 9/11.
The whole point is the PATRIOT ACT isn't constitutional. Just because it is legal because of the patriot act does not make it actually legal.
Hitler changed the laws and made all kinds of things legal that were not legal in Germany before. You ignorant ass republicans giving away all of our freedom's. It needs to stop before we are in a complete red white & blue dictatorship.
Yea, dumb liberal, I guess I just like my rights and freedoms as well as freedom of speech intact. The government does not needs to be held responsible...right

People are just jealous. If you become rich, all of the sudden you are a rotten bastard. He plans on using a TON of his money on charity work!
If you were BORN into billions of dollars and were an *******, then maybe. But this guy dropped out of college, was middle class. He make good business decisions, and dominated. It is the epitome of the American dream.

Idiot
If you invented something why wouldn't you want to get paid for it?
If you invent a tool, it gets patented and copyrighted, and people buy it from your company, you can lease the technology to other companies if you want, and get a royalty for each one they make.
Same thing with Blu-Ray, VHS or DVD technology. If you invent it, it is damn fine to have other companies pay you to use the thing YOU invented!

Wrong
You can not sure a manufacturer for discontinuing a product. The products they did buy will still be under the 1 year (or however long) warranty on the unit.
This is why a lot of people did not purchase either yet, one set of people are getting screwed. It had to be.
The lawsuit would be thrown out.

Wait a while
How much were VCR's when they were the top technology? $300 or more? DVD Players were over $500. That is what technology does, 2-4 years from now you can get one for a few hundred.

The fact is Circuit City (and all other retailers, such as Best Buy or Target) do not honor manufacturers warranties, because thats exactly what they are, MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES, circuit city says you can return the product for 14 or 30 days, after that, its between you and the company that made the product. They offer an extended warranty so you can go though circuit city if it breaks after 30 days.

WRONG
I have to negate this
"While customers are waiting in queue, there is only one associate helping them while all others are busy in some unknown activities moving from here to there without a purpose"
That is incorrect... I used to work at a circuit city, I worked in PC sales then as a firedog tech, and there all kinds of items and tasks that need to be completed behind the customer service desk.
There will only be ONE customer service person working, taking care of the line, and I will have to walk back there to get a key, or to get some paperwork forms, customers think I am ignoring them, but I have my own work and customers to take care of, and I am not trained on how to do any customer service tasks (returns or whatnot), and two, my employee code, and anyone else's who IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE associate, physically will not let them complete the task, period.

In all fairness, SALES CHANGE EVERY SUNDAY, every item, sure, the occasional item or two will be one sale two weeks in a row, but customers expect to much for us to memorize every price if every product every week, there are over 2000 items in the computer department alone
