Ok folks I have hearing loss to the point of total deafness in both ears I also have hypersensitivity to man made crap touching my skin. I cannot wear a hearing aide in both ears and can not get a job that pays well enough to get this type of hearing for my self.
I do not believe deafness is a culture I believe it is a disease and it needs a cure.
When you have both nerve and conductive deafness you look for stories that are labeled cures at least this story was labeled correctly.
Frankly becoming a cyborg to be programmed to hear ticks me off.
Stim cell research is where a potential cure may be but cost in terms of lives is too.
If this software were installed how would the wearer control what they want to hear.
Nice idea if i could use a digital hearing aid or have implants but for me it is useless.
I am too deaf to use digital hearing aides and too poor for implants.

You obviously do not know there are libraries that refuse to carry certain books because of their controversial nature. And Yes the US does ban certain books if you do not believe that then you do not know of the Hitman lawsuit against paladin press.
when you pluck down money to buy a digital product it should be yours to keep or until they refund your money. The kid is not being a punk but he is being punked.
The government has a watch list of books to keep an eye on if read or bought.
Ebooks makes their job harder unless it has DRM in it.

Yeah the buffer overflow in the javascript engine seems to be plugged but now the PC runs sluggish. When i direct it to the MSNBC site i get nothing but sluggish page loads due to me still being on dial up.
Good luck fixing that!

Three things come to mind when reading this article.
Soylent Green OMG They Are eating people.
Replicators - Stargate SG 1 Better get that gate ready we may all have to leave real soon.
Insecticons - transformers that are insects better keep a big can of robo-raid handy.
Seriously folks we now have the ability to break down the humnan body into elemental components combine those components into new items. So lets say it is designed to be a roving sniper rifle it eats a few dead opossums it coverts the bones into bullet filler material and selects it next target.
This tech coudl also keep our highways cleaner too.
I just think they need to think about what can be made out of a seemly harmless tool and what weapons it can be turned into.
This is one part of a perfect assassin tool, no body, no evidence.

Ok how many people find it creepy to even want to live in Montanna?
then how many states secrets do they have to protect that they would even consider "altering" your web site and making it look like your the bad guy when it is them.
Anyone have a vengeful boss? I had a few and they are now wanted by the US marshals.

Perhaps thats why Barack H Obama signed a treaty with china and a few other countries restricting the rights of the press overseas.
blatant manipulation happened with the votes of the US of A. Did anyone or thing get done about it? NO!
GWB vs Al Gore Popular vote went to gore. electoral went to bush.
Then there is the phantom votes you can not verify if you loose ballots or gained too many ballots.
So these Iranians have learned how to rig the polls from us.
Remember women's vote would more than likely be thrown out because women are treated harshly.
