Innovation helps
Games don't even have to be innovative as long as they're
entertaining, fun, and don't break the bank.

Scary
It's scary how this works. It shows just how easily people can be
driven by mob mentality.
Better hide the virtual nuces or someone will get digitally lynched.

What about them?
You're just going to make a blanket statement like that and not give
a reason why you think that?

Point them out
I'm not quite sure which caucuses and candidates you're talking
about. Mind being more specific?

Shame for him
Shame that it seems the youth vote seems to be about the only
vote that he 'gets', considering they seem to have a history of
voting in lower numbers than the rest of the country, which is
(sadly) pretty low to begin with. Considering that the internet
does not have a solid record considering these sorts of thing,
Mr. Paul doesn't seem to have a whole lot going for him.
And this is coming from someone who fits under the category of
the young voter, one that he doesn't 'get'. Perhaps because I
don't 'get' him.
Frankly, I've never seen Ron as a serious candidate. Sure, he may
consider himself a serious candidate, but ever since I first heard
of him, it's like he came out of left field, and since then, I've
never seen him as anything more than a meme. Kind of like a
political version of the Chuck Norris jokes.

How about not wanting either of them to win?
I'd actually be happiest if both lost and we didn't have to worry
about any of this blasted format war anymore.
I know it's not going to happen, but I can still dream. Or hope for
the next best thing - that the 'format war' goes on forever with no
end in sight.

Stopping Copyright Infringment good, but this idea isn't
Stopping people from violating copyright is good. However, forcing
colleges to provide alternate sources of music, like this bill would
do, is really, really bad.

It's the roots...
Maybe because, like the fact that they were once an independant
company, it would be part of the whole 'going back to their roots'
thing. I'm not saying that they'd start making mac games their main
focus, or even that they'd make many (if any) mac exclusive games.
But I wouldn't be surprised if they did, simply because when they
were an independant company, the Mac was one of their primary
targets.

There's nothing more to say
I think that you've just proven my entire point for me.

So much hate and anger!
?Aren't we the good little corporate slave??
Aren?t we a good little communist?
"Lucas Films lost revenue for every one of the downloads that
could have been a legitimate sale on DVD or pay per view.?
?Prove it. That is total BS. That is RIAA nonsense you are
spouting.?
What is he having to prove here? Are you going to deny that if
these people had watched the movie legitimately, Lucasfilm and
Fox wouldn?t have earned money from those people?
"If you think they charge too much don't buy it."
?I own several hundred commercial DVD's, legitimately.?
Your point? Just because YOU own ?several hundred? commercial
DVDs doesn?t mean that everyone who illegally downloads
movies and music owns several commercial DVDs and CDs.
"The folks that work hard to create content for our
entertainment deserve to be paid for their efforts."
?Now I know you are just carrying water for the entertainment
industry. They don't work hard, just release brain dead remakes
of brain dead movies.?
Lucas lost nothing.?
In your own words, ?Prove it?.
You say that as thought that?s all the industry is these days. Is
Pixar all about brain dead remakes? Was LotR a brain dead
remake? What was Episode III a brain dead remake of?
And even if they do make a lot of remakes and sequels, you
want to know the reason they do? Because they make money.
When people stop paying money to see ?brain dead? remakes,
maybe then the studios will stop making them. If you?ve paid
money to see any of those brain dead remakes, or even
downloaded them illegally, then you can?t really complain about
the industry continuing to make them.
?Sorry, but I am not going to cry over the $100 he lost(that is a
generous estimate).?
$100? $100?! What are you smoking, dude?
?You have no credibility when all you are doing is spouting RIAA
and MPAA talking points.?
You have no credibility when all you?re doing is throwing around
hate-filled arguments you give no reason behind and labeling
people in an foolhardy attempt to put them on the defensive.
Your ENTIRE argument is based on anger and personal opinion.
?Copying copyrighted material without permission is a civil
matter, not a criminal one. Just because the corporations own
America does not make it right to jail a pirate.?
Excuse me? Did I get that right? Since when did putting pirates in
jail become a bad thing? Pirates steal, do they not? Since when
did it become ok to steal things?
?Try again, corporate slave.?
I believe I already pointed out the part about you throwing
around names for no reason. This only proves my point.
