My question is this... if I were to publish a recipe for Sarin gas using household items, would that be illegal? I mean, this is instruction to kill hundreds of people, not jump a turnstile. It would be distasteful, but not illegal. Creating Sarin gas is illegal, a video of the act would be accessory, but publishing a recipe is covered by the First amendment.
