  i think they have skipped over certain things. its quite possible for the facility to cost 50 million but only after every aspect of it had been designed and the 50 mil was going towards simply duplicating prefab components. initially your right it would cost tons more than that to produce a station. the article was obviously quickly written and/or poorly thought out. as for the 1.2 million in funding, thats just how much a recent venture capitalist has invested there is no way a company is running on measly funds like that. im sure they have received funding from other institutions and the Canadian government.   it doesn't matter how honest and brave you are if you face irrational people with power. a drastic hypothetical situation for you: if your country was taken over by a foreign power would remaining anonymous while fighting back be cowardice or just intelligence?
