- Have looked at and do like the GSIII screen better than the i5. I personally like my gNexus screen better than my i5. Like / Dislike is in the eye of the beholder.

- Um..... Okay......... And?
Thx for the comparison but I don't se these "apps" the same way.
Zagat I use as a secondary source, Yelp almost not at all, and do most of my thoughts / reviews directly in Google.
This makes it easy, relevant and I can see the rating directly on the map.In reply to: "Zagat (Android)"

As for Afghanistan, Ryan is closer to the truth. Our method of pulling out is placing our servicemen and women at risk. Biden's comment shows a lack or issue comprehension.

- "In an apology two weeks ago, Apple CEO Tim Cook promised improvements while urging users towards alternatives, saying "the more our customers use our Maps the better it will get.""
I keep seeing this comment again and again. Do folks realize how big of a lie it is?
I have an i5. No, I wont use Apple Maps. I tested it and it has way too many mistakes and ommissions for me to even attempt to rely on it. So I use something else. If I dont use the app, I dont send "corrections". I wonder how many people are really sending in fixes? This method of update will take years, not months. Kowing this, Apple is not relying on its user base to drive the scale of updates it needs; it cant.
So why the lie?In reply to: "Developers: We warned Apple about iOS maps quality"

My son said at his school the majority use Android.
My recent flight (EST to PST) I noticed a group of teens in the back of the plane - some kind of club ... I think, anyway, most had an iTouch or iphone 4/4S. Only saw one i5. I did notice most of the business folks who were using their phone had a SGSIII. I was surprised. In reply to: "Survey: iPhone, iPad ownership surging among teenagers"

- Based on cent Apple Map experience, that particular app would be detrimental to directionally challenged individuals. Use in that case is not recommended.
