Excerpt:
The two biggest mysteries in cosmology may be one. A new theory says that dark matter and dark energy could arise from a single dark fluid that permeates the whole universe. And this could mean Earth-based dark matter searches will come up empty.Hmmm...so, is dark matter bipolar/schizophrenic?
[...]
It's counterintuitive that one substance could be both a gravitational anchor for galaxies and antigravity force for the universe. However, HongSheng Zhao of the University of St Andrews in Scotland claims that a fluid-like dark energy can act like dark matter when its density becomes high enough.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to pass off a note:
I actually just finished downgrading my 1-year-old Core2 Duo iMac from Leopard 10.5.1. to Tiger 10.4.11 due to its incredibly unstable video issues. Apple doesn't like to admit that Leopard has problems on not only aluminum iMacs, but all iMacs with ATI drivers. This causes the screen to lock up at completely random times, making productive computer time a thing of the past! The screen locks, and all processes continue (example: a DVD will finish burning, music will still play, but a hard reboot is required in order to fix the screen from being essentially a screenshot--this and numerous "fun" graphical aberrations at random times).
I love Apple, I would recommend them to anyone up until this current version of Leopard. I cannot believe that something as small as the iPhone could cause first a delay and then such a poor launch of their core product: operating systems!
Downgraded and all is well for me. Doesn't make me feel so bad anymore for jailbreaking my iPod Touch and downloading all those iPhone apps for free back in November of last year.

Hey TMJ,
This is a few days old, but with all the trade rumors and stuff, I figure I will point you guys to the story of Google possibly wanting CNET.

Hey BOL crew,
I'm Frank Liu from So. Cal, and I just want to let you know that the loi revolution is slowly making it way over lol, or at least where I live. My friends and I now constantly use loi and we have successfully converted many others. Whenever someone else would use lol, we would type loi* (asterisk) to correct/annoy them. Lol is way too overused, and we use it for only for very funny things, loi is now the typical sorta funny, but not funny enough to laugh out loud, word to use. Love the show!
BTW, I have a Zune 80 and I love it!

Not sure why this happens, we are investigating the issue... In the meantime, clear out the downloaded file, and queue it again. You will get a full file. Very bizarre, and I hate that this happens.
Good luck Buzztown!
It's odd, I had the same thing happen with this weekend's Car Talk from NPR - the podcast just cut out after about 30 minutes. It's really strange.
thanks, buzzards.
Please never leave on vacation again Molly.
Thanks.
Take a look at the Time-Warner/AOL Merger.

1- Several years ago, Google was nothing more than a search engine, and they clearly stated it "Google is not a portal", and now, Google is everything. Mobile OS, Mobile producer maybe, portal and they even wanted to acquire their own bandwidth.
2- rumors have been spreading about Google going into content business, and CNET is just the right choice.
3- CNET has loads of useful content like product reviews which can be integrated smoothly into Google Shopping

- Guys, take a look at your Time Warner bills. Charging separate for the remote is nothing new. Here in Syracuse, NY its a way to account for the number of remote controls in customers homes. Might even be an accounting thing??? sarbanes? (sp?) Anyway, when you look at the cost of the cable converter, usually they charge some odd amount less the cost of the remote for the converter. Here a converter is $7.61 and the remote is $0.34. So the converter with remote comes out to $7.95 per month. It's just a line item on the bill like HBO would be a line item. And yes I work for Time Warner.
