Cupertino finally allows apps written in other languages but says No to "amateur hour" and more fart simulators. Also, Verizon may ban Google Search from its Android phones; the New York Times will eventually give up on print; and the Web knows how to dance.

In yesterdays episode 1303, Forte wrote in an email that their convenience store was getting a “”bluebox”". Our chain of grocery stores and gas stations have had them for about a year now and I LOVE them! I have Netflix at home but get my new releases for just a $1 at the blue box. There are constantly new movies, I can browse a for a movie on my phone and see which kiosk has it in stock and reserve it right then. The best feature by far though is that I can return the movie to ANY kiosk I happen to be near on a particular day. They seem to be setup for bluray but have never had any titles so far. An interesting side note is they all seem to be owned by the ATM division of NCR, maybe they just license the blockbuster name? I signed up for their email alerts and get a free or buy one get one free offer just about every week.
Jason, God bless on your new job!
