by Josh P September 3, 2008 8:45 PM PDT: The "kill the copy" teleportation/clone idea was used in the novel "The Man in the Moon Must Die" by Jeff Bredenberg. The teleporter is supposed to disintegrate the original, but when one of them fails, the original is legally dead and left fighting to survive. It is an interesting read, and is written in multiple 1st person POVs (similar to Faulkner's "As I Lay Dying").; Like this Reply to this comment
