I was very excited about the Samsung Omnia 2 with Windows Mobil 6.5. It looked really sharp. Have not heard anything about that phone for a bit now with the Droid getting all the attention. Does anybody have any info on that phone or do you think that any of the other new phones on Verizon well be better? I am looking to upgrade my Verizon cell phone and want to make the best choice the first time. Most of my friends have an iphone and I want my new Verizon phone to be equal or better. I am not going to change form Verizon so if you?re an apple fan you can?t help me by telling me to switch.

Thanks :-)

What happened to the Samsung Omnia 2? This was the phone that was supposed to be Verizon's Flagship Smartphone. How does it go without even a mention on this big day of Verizon announcements??? Doesn't the press get an opportunity to ask questions? How much longer will they hold off on the release of the Omnia 2? I think the rest of the world has been using this phone for 4 months.
