Put Yoda in your cookie jar
The Force will be with your cookies if you use the Star Wars Cookie Cutters.
Yoda, Boba Fett, Darth Vader and a Stormtrooper can grace your cookie jar, provided you have the Star Wars Cookie Cutters. While these four figures might not have been my first choices as far as Star Wars characters I'd like to nibble on, this set of four does make for some great treats. Each cookie cutter measures between 2.5 inches and 4 inches wide. They're available through Williams-Sonoma.
The Star Wars Cookie Cutters don't just cut an outline in your cookie dough: the edges of the cutters create the shape of the dough but you then press down on the button on the top of each cookie cutter to stamp details into the dough. The stamp is spring-loaded, which turns cookie-making into a breeze. This system can make for some very detailed cookies, especially if you use an easy dough to work with, such as sugar cookies. You do have to hand-wash the Star Wars Cookie Cutters, but that's true of most of the more detailed cookie cutters you'll find. They are easy to decorate, although you can rely on the recognizable shape of Yoda's face if you'd rather. The Star Wars Cookie Cutters are available for $19.95.
