Map plates bring the world a little closer together

According to some, "the world is a big place," while others espouse the theory that the world "gets smaller every day." While this may seem like a contradiction, it appears that now you can have your cake and eat it too. As long as you serve it on these Map Plates.

While only eight plates are available, the deliciousness of food pays no attention to borders. The pierogi you eat will be just as delicious served on Poland or plated on Spain, and if you want to have bangers and mash in France, feel free to do so; England won't mind a bit.

Much like when you visit a country and discover the diversity outside of the travel guide, there is more to these plates than first appear. While the photo doesn't convey it, these plates are bigger than they look. Each measure anywhere from 6 inches to 10 inches wide and 10 inches to 15 inches long. The available plates are: England, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, or Czech combo (includes Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, and Hungary).

When combined, the map they form would make a pretty impressive centerpiece for the table. Especially if you serve one giant dish filled with representations from each country.
