The original DCS Liberty Collection from Fisher & Paykel offers three modules--a grill, a griddle with double side-burners, and a double side-burner with sink--to address all your outdoor cooking needs. The expanded refrigeration line lets you add a cooling-drawer unit, a traditional cold-storage unit, a beer tap, and an ice machine. Add corner units topped with solid surfaces and you'll have everything you could possibly need in an outdoor kitchen.
The grill module's sear setting lets you experiment with gourmet dishes, and the hoodless grill makes your outdoor kitchen a more inviting gathering space. Without a hood to block access, guests can gather on both sides of the grill to converse and socialize, just as you do in your indoor spaces.
The combination of grilling power and precision control in the various modules means you can whip up breakfast crepes or serve up steaks for dinner in the same space. And don't overlook the convenience of an outdoor sink--this one can be hard-plumbed to your outdoor water source or quickly hooked up to your garden hose.
