Three-Tier Oven Rack makes room for dessert

Save room for dessert.

Sometimes it's the simplest ideas that offer the best solutions. The idea of having oven racks always at the ready is as simple as it is perfect. Pile up the food and cook it all at once. Some forethought will certainly have to go into what you cook and when to check it, just by the simple fact alone that the oven loses so much heat every time you open the door.

But just look at that photo right there; doesn't that look delicious? Well, those veggies could be a little better seasoned. However, it's the thought that counts. Protein and side dishes all served up hot and steamy all at once. For some people (like me) who can never seem to get all the dishes served hot at the same time, this Three-Tier Oven Rack might be the perfect thing.

Even if you are on top of your keeping-food-warm game, this oven rack still has something else to offer. Take another look at that photo. What's that you see cooking with the meal? A pie. Dessert. That's right. Dessert with your dinner. I think it's about time we break tradition and elevate the desert to its true culinary standing as being a perfectly acceptable thing to eat with your meal. Why wait until after dinner?

What a simple, useful solution for those without double ovens, or anyone interested in conserving energy in the kitchen. Thanks for the post.
