Review: Quick TextPaste lets you paste pre-defined text via keyboard shortcuts

Quick TextPaste allows pasting pre-defined text and running programs and commands via assigned keyboard shortcuts. Although this program is fast, easy to install, and has a small footprint, there is no discernible user help to learn how to use this program apart from a short information file.

Quick TextPaste downloads as a portable application with no need for installation. The program's interface is quite plain and might seem rather confusing for novice users. Main links are located on the upper menu, and under the Preferences pane there are three buttons for deleting, copying, and editing text and its assigned … Read more

Review: QuickVoice Recorder for iPhone provides easy voice recording

The free version of QuickVoice Recorder for iPhone does very little that the built-in voice recorder for your phone doesn't already do. Is this enough to replace the built-in tool that comes with the iPhone? Let's take a look.

Quick Voice Recorder has a very limited audience in its free iteration because it really just retreads the same basic functions of a built-in … Read more

Notable: Quick Reminder 0.9.3 Review

Most note-taking apps on Android can do everything but sit up and beg. That means creating a quick, short note can be tougher than it should be. Notable: Quick Reminder fixes that by only allowing you to create one line notes. It might work if you just need a note fast, but you'll probably be better off with a more dynamic reminder app.

Notable: Quick Reminder focuses on just taking quick notes with no frills. That means there's no online syncing, list support, Web page clipping, or anything else you'd find in most note-taking apps. The only … Read more
