Perhaps more so than any other single fruit, vegetable, or herb, garlic gets its own dedicated gadgets. It should probably not come as much of a surprise that garlic has demanded so much attention. After all, the pungent little cloves do tend to stand out amongst everything that they come in contact with. Yet, we cannot seem to stay away from the species Allium sativum even if we try. However, we can avoid touching it.
I love garlic. Mincing it, I'm not so much a fan of. But eating it? Yeah, I like that. I add minced garlic to nearly everything I cook. But you know what I hate even more than mincing garlic with a knife and a cutting board? Cleaning out the ridiculously tiny holes in a garlic press.

Not too long ago, I played a tiny role in preparing homemade steamed mussels with garlic and tomato broth. The shellfish dish was cheap, easy to prepare, and delicious, but there was a tiny problem.
