Best Buy is once again offering a deal on iTunes Gift Cards.

The brick-and-mortar retailer's Deal of the Day is a 15 percent discount on an iTunes gift card. For $85, Best Buy's online customers will receive a $100 iTunes gift card, which can be used for music, movies, television shows, apps, and other digital goods available in Apple's marketplace.

Best Buy offered a similar deal in June, offering a 15 percent discount on its full range of iTunes gift cards. The company did the same last month for holiday shoppers.

Major details of the legal settlement between Apple and HTC could be made public following a ruling from a California judge.

In an ruling tonight, U.S. District Court Judge Lucy Koh said that while details of pricing and royalty rates for patents from both companies should be kept under wraps from public view, the same does not hold true for the rest of the agreement.

Groupon said today it has no plans to replace CEO Andrew Mason after its board met to discuss whether senior management changes were necessary at the struggling daily deals company.

Unhappy with the Chicago-based company's plummeting stock value, Groupon's board of directors were reportedly looking to make leadership changes at the top, including the option of bringing in a more experienced CEO to replace Mason, one of the company's co-founders. T-Mobile USA is next on the list to carry Apple's iPhone, according to chatter overheard by Merrill Lynch analyst Scott Craig.

In a note to investors this morning, relayed by Fortune, Craig said "speculation is heightening" about T-Mobile USA parent company Deutsche Telecom announcing plans to bring Apple's iPhone to its U.S. carrier at an analyst event next week.

Rumor has it that LivingSocial is planning to lay off up to 400 employees tomorrow, according to the Washington Business Journal.

Sources aware of the daily deals company's plans told the Journal that the layoffs will be in U.S. offices and will include various positions and markets. Currently, the company has around 4,500 employees, according to its website, so the layoffs would decrease its staff by nearly 10 percent.
