Winner in Colbert video contest

Comedy Central's resident pundit Stephen Colbert has announced the victor in his lightsaber-filled Green Screen Challenge video competition. No, it wasn't the fake iPod ad, or the "World of Colbertcraft," or any of the many submissions in which he battled bears. (Colbert claims to be mortally afraid of them.)

The winner, "Freedom Fighter" by "Bonnie R." from California, was announced on Thursday night's episode of "The Colbert Report." It featured Colbert as the centerpiece of an intentionally hokey video game in which he uses a lightsaber to protect eagles … Read more

Total or partial video converter?

Though perhaps not a total video solution, Total Video Converter does support a wealth of audio and video formats, including 3GP, PSP, AVI, MOV, and SWF. Not everyone will fess up to recognizing the latest face of the iRiver portable multimedia player.

Seoul, Korea-based ReignCom, the maker of the device, recently hired adult film star Jenna Jameson to appear in print advertisements for the pocket-size music and video players.

The ads feature the buxom starlet gazing longingly at a young gentleman's PMP device, with the tagline, "Your refined movie collection just paid off."
