Though the Motorola W385 for Verizon Wireless isn't officially part of the Moto Krzr K1m family, there's no escaping that it is basically a repackaged--and slightly downscale--version of the earlier phone. It borrows the Krzr's slim shape while adding a few design touches of its own, and it offers a respectable feature set minus support for Verizon's EV-DO network. Yep, LG has finally come out with the most appropriate color for the EnV--green. Or as it looks like to me, army green. It's an exclusive to Circuit City stores though, for $79.99 after a $50 rebate (Quite a price drop from $149). The specs are about the same as the original LG EnV, so no rush to get this if you're not a fan of the color.

The Q9m has added some notable improvements, including an excellent full QWERTY keyboard, a sexy red trim, and Windows Mobile 6 Standard Edition. With their new joint digital music initiative, MTV Networks, RealNetworks and Verizon Wireless are taking a direct aim at Apple's iTunes powerhouse.

Called Rhapsody America, the yet-to-launch collaboration among the three companies will combine MTV's relatively unsuccessful Urge music store, the Real-owned Rhapsody subscription download service, and Verizon's V Cast mobile media service to create a music store that reaches across the PC, digital music player, and mobile phone platforms.
