Super Bowl week continues, and whether or not you watch the game for the commercials or the actual game, most likely you will tune in. Even more likely is that you will find yourself in a room full of different snacks and treats of varying degrees of healthiness. My advice is to steer clear of the chopped celery, carrots and cauliflower (those will just get smothered in a dressing anyways) and go for the good stuff.
