Yesterday, the <i>The Chronicle for Higher Education</i> <a class="external-link" href="http://chronicle.com/free/2008/05/2821n.htm">published an article</a> in which an RIAA spokesperson--anonymous for fear of hate mail--outlined the organization's surprisingly low-tech methods.
