![]() Monster 57-inch LCD flat panel from Samsung January 8, 2005; 12:53 p.m. ![]() The product: Plasma has held the size advantage in the flat-panel wars, but LCD is coming on strong in the form of Samsung's 57-inch LNR570D. While it carries an exorbitant price tag, the LNR570D's 1,920x1,080 resolution bests that of similarly sized plasma panels, so it can display every pixel of the most detailed HDTV broadcast.
