Samsung A890 sports EVDO

![]() The product: Samsung's 2005 cell phone lineup promises a number of firsts in available features. Among these phones is the A890, which is the company's EVDO phone for the United States. Running on a CDMA network, the handset will offer faster data speeds for downloading and data services. Also included are an oversized high-resolution display, a 1.3-megapixel camera with MPEG-4 video recorder, and voice recognition. All these features are packed into a compact flip design.
