Best car audio

I would like to hook up something to play my music in the car. I used to have a 10-CD changer, but I don't have it anymore. What is the best-quality system? Would the iPods and others produce a good sound? Also, is there a system that would incorporate XM Radio?

Nothing says holiday like a road trip, Ron. And you need some entertainment along the way. Here's a killer rig from Alpine that I would put in if I were you:
 Alpine CDA-9820 AM/FM/XM receiver
Alpine KCA-420i iPod interface
Terk XMicro XM antenna
And, of course, an Apple iPod
This system goes beyond just getting your iPod's audio into the amplifier--it lets you control all the iPod's functions from the receiver in the dash. While most people are running around with clumsy cassette adapters or FM transmitters to just get iPod audio in their car, you'll have a complete audio and control system that's slicker than snot.
By the way, you'll need any iPod with a dock connector and an iPod software update from April 28, 2004 or later.
