Q My son told me you can get software that will let you design holiday cards on your computer and print them out. What kind of software would I need to get for this?

There are indeed such programs. One of the best known is from Broderbund software, and it's called PrintMaster Greeting Cards Deluxe. You can find a 10-day trial copy here from Download.com.

Also, HP sponsors a site called My Card Maker, which lets you design and print cards from templates right on the Web.
