Synology Disk Station DS-107+
The Synology Disk Station DS-107+ can do a lot more than just serve as a storage device. It can work as a surveillance station by supporting up to six IP cameras. The NAS server also comes with a extraordinarily intuitive Web-interface that looks and works much like a desktop application.

Belkin N+ Wireless Router
We loved the Belkin N+, not only because it has such a simple name, but also because it offers great performance and, by far, has the best range among Wireless-N routers we've tested. If you can look past the bulky design and the lack of support for 5GHz frequency, the N+ is one of the best bets for wireless routers.
