Publisher's description of 3D Canvas 6.5.1
From Amabilis Software:3D Canvas is a real-time, 3D-modeling and -animation tool that incorporates a drag-and-drop approach. Complex models can be constructed from simple 3D primitives or created using 3D Canvas's object-building tools. Creating an animated scene is as simple as positioning the objects within your scene for each point in time in your animation. 3D Canvas will ensure the resulting animation runs smoothly.
In version 6.5.1 six new import formats are now available: MD2, Biovision Motion Capture (bvh), Neutral Object Format (nof), Raw Triangles (raw), Wavefront (obj), and WorldToolKit (nff).

Version: 3D Canvas 6.5.1
Pros: There is really nothing bad to say about this. It may be a bit sketchy for some but once you master it, it's easy to create whatever you want. I do recommend having a good graphics card to run this as it will bog down onboard very easily.

Version: 3D Canvas 6.5.1
Pros: It's very easy to use, has many extensions, and has many tools to make some pretty good looking 3D models.
Cons: Sometimes gobbles up memory, but that's okay because most 3D programs do. You have to get used to the depth and width of the field where you place objects in, but again, same with every 3D program.
It's free. Get it!

Version: 3D Canvas 6.5.1
"You can create anything that you can imagine !!! A very cool free !!! software"
Pros: One of the most coolest free software that i have ever used !!!!! You can create anything that you can imagine !!!! and its site provides many tutorials for you to understand the software properly. This shouldn't be missed!!! so download it now!!!!!
Cons: It takes patience and creativity to work on your 3d model. Not as many functions as the 3d canvas pro...(But the functions included is just sufficient for you to work on your 3d model) And as i said you have to offer your time and patience before you can finish your model and animation..........

Version: 3D Canvas 6.5.1
"Easy to use 3D modeling / animation software"
Pros: Yes I know it says free and the basic version certainly is, no limitations. You can get a good feel for the program with this version but the 'pro' version is in a different league with dozens more features, for a very low price. There is a very lively 3DC community with every level of expertise made to feel welcome and no elitist attitude that you get with some other software. We are told that the first alpha version of 3DC v7 will be out in November so that will make the program even better. Features include subdivision surfaces, particles etc
Cons: Has been know to slow right down when using textures on complex models, this will improve with version 7. No built in raytracer (yet) but povray is free and easy to set up with just a click to render your model direct from 3DC
