I have been a Verizon customer since before it was called Verizon. In the past year, I have been through one nightmare after another with them. In truth, a few people have truly tried to fix my problems but the rest, including the rude arrogant techs who have yet to put their hands on a DARE, let alone take the class on it or Rhapsody are a disgrace to Verizon and have led me to taking them to Arbitration...and this is after they gave me the DARE for free! - View IDAREYOU's full profile
