If you could create a dream product, what would it be?
A cell phone with the PDA functions of a Pocket PC or Palm that plays video and MP3s and can be used on the road with high-speed Internet for e-mail, the Internet, and remote synchronizing. I love the ability to be mobile yet productive.
What tech insider secret do you find most useful?
My most used and loved secret is Bluetooth. My Nokia 7610 synchronizes with my PC and connects to my hands-free car kit and other phones seamlessly, yet so many people don't know how to do it!
