If you could create a dream product, what would it be?
It would help my teenagers keep up with their activities, school assignments, and chores by providing daily reminders and social/homework assistance; taking pictures of important moments; dispensing medicine, money, snacks, and clean clothes; and cleaning up after them.
What tech insider secret do you find most useful?
I have different ring tones set on my Treo. Having my favorites set in my Palm is my best shortcut, whether it's for phone numbers, AvantGo, or DocsToGo.
