If you could create a dream product, what would it be? I would love a portable computer that runs Windows XP and fits in the palm of my hand. Of course, it would be both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled so that I could connect remotely to my office computer to access my files and draft contracts on the fly.
What tech insider secret do you find most useful?Videoconferencing. I use MSN Messenger to chat with my clients instead of having them travel to the office. The quality and sound are good, but the ability to speak to someone face to face in real time is the kicker.
