    The Computer & Communications Industry Association has submitted a "friend of the court" brief supporting the Justice Department in its action against Microsoft. The document, which soon will be available on CCIA's Web site, echoes allegations already made by the Justice Department, but breaks no new ground. A Microsoft spokesman said the brief comes as no surprise since the CCIA's members include Sun Microsystems and other foes of the Redmond, Washington company.
